Our mission is to provide the BEST coaching and mentorship for athletes in Bakersfield CA. We know how valuable quality coaches and people can be in developing young people. We strive to be the coaches and mentors we wish we had.

Hello!

My name is Xabi Iparraguirre and I am the founder and owner of the Lab Baseball Facility. I have been in baseball for my whole life and have been in college and professional baseball for 5+ years.

I have since decided to dedicate my life to helping young athletes grow and receive the opportunities that that game can provide.

I am very grateful for the opportunities that baseball has given me and want to help give those same opportunities to young athletes in my hometown of Bakersfield.

I take my role as mentor, coach, and facility owner with great responsibility, because I know the impact quality mentors can have on young people.
