We start all incoming athletes with an evaluation. From there our coaches are able to asses and evaluate the athlete. From there we will be able to recommend one of the training programs that we provide.

What is Included in the Evaluation?

Our evaluation is included in person at our training facility. We will go through a series of tests and drills to asses your athlete.

At the end of the evaluation you will receive:

• Rapsodo Player Report

• Video breakdown

• Training and drill plan

• The Evaluation Session is FREE
